Or party throwback style at BKLYN for 90’s hip-hop. Tuesday nights the young Dutch party people gather at Bar P to raise the roof with the island’s hottest DJs. And Friday nights the Saint Tropez luxe infinity pool bar club brings best DJs to the scene.

Friday is the most popular happy hour day, but it’s Wednesday nights when the big party blowouts take place with the chic Madero Ocean Club. Also check out Chill Beach Bar & Grill, Rileks, and Hemingway for unique party styles. Friday nights, it’s barefoot socializing time for the locals at Bonita Beach Club where you can enjoy delectable tapas and drinks in a chill laid-back setting to welcome the weekend. And look for Don Caribe Cigar Lounge in the boulevard for a fabulous selection of top- quality Cuban cigars to celebrate in style. Or party indoors in exotic style at Live 973 Dance & Night Club also on the Blvd.

Right next door to Mambo Beach, you’ll find a separate entrance to a shining smile of lovely white sand and clear shallow waters known as Toucan Beach for three separate beach clubs each with their own signature vibe and style. For laid-back bohemian luxury, Mood Beach Club is a tropical oasis for sushi and craft co*cktails and mood music that caters to the beautiful people. And Cabana Beach Club, famous for their wine and dine Wednesdays, VIP beachside service, deluxe cabanas and upscale entertainment is right beside them. Next, is Wet n’ Wild and as the name suggests a party barefoot in the sand spot for wild happy hours old school style. Switch it up depending on your mood, even all in the same night, it’s the best of all possible worlds in one spot.

Off the beaten path places
New to the downtown entertainment scene is 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill in the open-air section of the Renaissance Mall & Rif Fort. Enjoy their trademark margaritas, double happy hours daily, and rollicking events there. Feeling more laid back? Head to historic Fort Nassau’s terrace bar is a romantic perch to view the sunset and the city lights at night. Curacao Marriott Beach resort’s Zala Gastro Lounge has also become a new hotspot for creative drinks, gourmet bites, happy hours, and special events, too. But Thursday nights it’s all about Punda Vibes that really lights up the town with music, cultural exhibitions, dancing, pop- up bars and even fireworks for a great street party. In Saliña is Landhuis Chobolobo the distillery where you can see where the famous Curacao liqueur is made and sample their signature co*cktails in their historic courtyard.
